Job Description

Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Partner to manage end-to-end hiring for Non-Tech roles including Business, Marketing, Operations, Finance, HR, and Customer Experience functions. The ideal candidate will bring strong business hiring exposure within a product-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Own end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for business and corporate roles.

Collaborate with business leaders to understand workforce needs and hiring priorities.

Develop sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, referrals, job portals, and networking channels.

Ensure excellent candidate experience throughout the hiring journey.

Drive offer discussions and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.

Monitor recruitment metrics and continuously improve hiring efficiency.

Ideal Candidate Profile

Budget - 30 LPA

35 years of experience in non-tech/business hiring.

Experience in a product-based company preferred.

Strong understanding of startup and fintech hiring ecosystems.

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple mandates in a fast-paced environment.

Strong negotiation and closing skills.
