We go beyond tracking and also help people achieve their goals through an expert team of in-house coaches and through science-backed Gabit products - supplements, skincare - that they can use.


About the Role


As a Talent Acquisition Ninja at Gabit , youll be responsible for building strong hiring pipelines across multiple roles, with a special focus on recruiting Ring Crew Members and other junior-to-mid-level positions. You will drive end-to-end hiring, ensure smooth processes, and work closely with hiring managers to bring in the right talent that aligns with Gabits culture and mission.


This role is ideal for someone energetic, organised, people-centric, and excited about scaling talent operations in a fast-growing, mission-driven environment.



What Your Day Would Look Like:

  • Source, screen, and hire candidates across functions especially Ring Crew Member roles and junior positions in operations, support, wellness, and business teams.
  • Build strong talent pipelines through job portals, social media, referrals, and creative sourcing strategies.
  • Manage end-to-end hiring, including coordination, interviews, scheduling, follow-ups, and closures.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver high-quality profiles within timelines.
  • Maintain recruitment dashboards and track weekly metrics candidate funnel, hiring speed, offer conversions.
  • Ensure every candidate experiences a smooth and respectful recruitment process.
  • Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen Gabits presence among junior and early-career talent.
  • Stay updated on hiring trends and salary benchmarks in the 47 LPA talent market.


Say Hello If Youve Got:

  • 0.62 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or HR (freshers with strong internships can also be evaluated).
  • Hands-on experience hiring junior roles, frontline teams, or operational workforce big advantage.
  • Strong sourcing skills on platforms like Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre, and social channels.
  • Excellent communication skills and a people-first mindset.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comfort using Excel/Google Sheets for basic reporting and tracking.
  • A positive attitude, ownership mindset, and eagerness to learn and grow within the TA function.
  • A genuine interest in health and wellness, and excitement to be part of Gabits mission.
