Job Description

Role Overview

Were hiring a Talent Acquisition Manager who can own end-to-end hiring and be part of our accelerated growth trajectory. This is a high-ownership role for someone who wants to build and not just hire.


Responsibilities

  • Own full-cycle hiring across engineering, product, GTM and leadership roles.
  • Build a predictable talent pipeline using outbound, inbound and network-driven sourcing.
  • Set up recruitment processes, scorecards and employer branding.
  • Partner closely with founders on team planning and org design.
  • Gradually take on HR responsibilities: onboarding, culture programs, performance cycles and policies.
  • Build the foundation of Ostos future People & HR function.


What Were Looking For

  • 4+ years of strong TA experience (startup or high-growth tech preferred).
  • Exceptional sourcing ability + strong judgment on talent quality.
  • Process-driven, structured, and fast-moving.
  • Ability to scale into HR leadership (HRBP experience is a plus, not mandatory).
  • Great communicator, culture-builder, and trusted partner to founders.
  • Tier 1 College Graduate/Post-graduate.
