About the Role
We are seeking an experienced and dynamicTalent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment strategy, elevate hiring and staffing experiences, and shape the future workforce of WarpDrive. Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Development
Lead, mentor, and build a high-performing recruitment team
Set expectations, enable performance, and enhance capability
Drive productivity, hiring consistency, and delivery excellence
Recruitment Strategy
Design and execute smart sourcing and hiring strategies
Partner with business leaders to plan and prioritize workforce needs
Leverage data insights to strengthen hiring outcomes
Candidate & Stakeholder Management
Own end-to-end recruitment for strategic and business-critical roles
Ensure an exceptional and consistent candidate experience
Build and maintain a strong, future-ready talent pipeline
Process Excellence
Strengthen recruitment systems, tools, and processes.
Ensure compliance with organizational policies and employment regulations
Collaborate with HR to support smooth onboarding and retention initiatives
Employer Branding
Be a Culture Champion across hiring channels
Represent WarpDrive at industry forums, hiring drives, and career events
Key Performance Indicators / Success Measures
TAT Compliance: Ensure timely closure of positions as per defined turnaround timelines
Quality of Hire: Deliver hires aligned to role expectations through structured evaluation
Governance & Alignment: Maintain disciplined hiring tracker, communication and accountability with stakeholders
Qualifications
Technical / Functional Expertise
- Minimum of 5+ years of recruitment experience, including at least 2+ years in a leadership capacity.
- Strong hands-on experience with ATS systemsand sourcing platforms such as LinkedIn, Naukri,
- Data Driven hiring mindset and recruitment analytics.
- Stakeholder management capability.
Behavioral Competencies & Cultural Fit
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Ability to influence hiring decisions and build trusted relationships with stakeholders.
- Demonstrated capability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced work environment.
