This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager, based in Mumbai. The Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full recruitment lifecycle and developing strategies to attract top talent. Key responsibilities include sourcing and identifying qualified candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and enhancing employer brand visibility. The role will also involve collaborating with hiring managers to understand organizational staffing needs and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.

• Expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting processes
• Strong skills in Interviewing and Hiring potential candidates
• Experience in building and executing Employer Branding strategies
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in recruiting tools and HR systems
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• Prior experience in talent acquisition roles within the hospitality or similar industries is a plus
