Job Description
We are seeking an experiencedTalent Acquisition Leadwith strong hands-on recruitment expertise and prior experience in managing recruitment teams. The role will primarily focus onhigh-volume and quality hiring for Real Estate Sales roles, while aligning closely with management on hiring targets and timelines.
Candidates with prior exposure toHR consultancies, startups, insurance, loan/BFSI, or real estate sectors, andproven sales hiring experience, will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Ownend-to-end recruitment, with a major focus onReal Estate Sales hiring( Sales Executives, Managers, Leadership etc.)
- Engage withsenior management and business leadersto understand manpower requirements, hiring plans, and recruitment targets
- Translate hiring targets into actionable recruitment strategies andexecute the required hiring plans
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through:
-Job portals
-Referrals
-Direct sourcing and networking
- Personally handlecritical, high-volume, and niche hiringmandates
- Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring/business managers throughout the selection process
- Leadsalary discussions and negotiationsin the most efficient and cost-effective manner while ensuring candidate acceptance
- Drive and monitor recruitment KPIs such asTAT, offer-to-join ratio, closure efficiency, and pipeline strength
- Ensure strong candidate engagement and a positiveend-to-end candidate experience
- Maintain recruitment MIS, reports, and hiring dashboards
- Demonstrated prior experience inmanaging and guiding a recruitment teamto achieve hiring targets

- Stronghands-on recruitment experience(non-negotiable)
- Proventeam-handling and leadershipskills
- Excellent stakeholder and candidate management abilities
- Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to thrive infast-paced, target-driven environments
- Proficiency with ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and job portals
Experience & Background
.58 yearsof experience in Talent Acquisition
.Prior experience from one or more of the following backgrounds:
- Real Estate Sector
- HR Consultancy
- Startup
- Insurance
- Loan
At least12 years of prior experience managing a recruitment team
Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field
