Job Summary
Urbanrise seeks a strategic Talent Acquisition person to lead our talent acquisition efforts in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The ideal candidate will have 7+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment, with a proven track record of scaling teams in dynamic sectors. A graduate of a leading business school (full-time or executive program), you will collaborate with senior leadership to design and execute hiring strategies that align with our ambitious business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Talent Acquisition: Develop and implement scalable recruitment strategies to meet current and future hiring needs across diverse departments.
Full-Cycle Recruitment: Manage end-to-end hiring processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding top-tier talent.
Stakeholder Partnership: Work closely with department heads and senior leadership to forecast hiring needs and align TA strategies with business objectives.
Employer Branding: Enhance Urbanrises employer brand through innovative campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn, Glassdoor, and industry networks.
Metrics & Analytics: Track KPIs (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, retention rates) to optimize recruitment efficiency and report outcomes to leadership.
Qualifications
- Should be a MBA degree or hold Executive Management Program from leading B Schools such as IIM, XLRI, IMT, Symbiosis, Great Lakes
- 7+ years in talent acquisition, preferably in high-growth industries.
- Proven success in hiring for senior-level roles and scaling teams rapidly.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Data-driven mindset with a focus on process optimization.
