We Are Hiring | Talent Acquisition Lead
Current Organisation: A leading player in the Indian precious metal market
Industry Preference: Manufacturing/ FMCG
CTC: 2022 LPA
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the Talent Acquisition function end-to-end.
- Handle leadership hiring, particularly for plant and manufacturing roles.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, and professional networks.
- Build strong talent pipelines and support employer branding initiatives.
Requirements:
- 812 years of core Talent Acquisition experience.
- Experience in manufacturing hiring, including plant-based leadership roles.
- Strong expertise in leadership hiring and talent sourcing.
- Passion for recruitment.
