Assistant Manager and Talent Acquisition Manager BPO Hiring

Location: Gurugram Experience:

  • Assistant Manager (AM): 7+ years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, preferably BPO/KPO
  • TA Manager: 9+ years in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment, with team handling experience

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to drive end-to-end recruitment for BPO verticals across multiple locations. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in volume hiring, team management, and stakeholder coordination, ensuring timely closure of recruitment mandates while maintaining quality of hire.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment cycle for BPO roles (Customer Support, Back Office, Technical Support, Team Leads, and Mid-Management).
  • Source candidates via job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn, Indeed), referrals, social media, and campus drives.
  • Screen, shortlist, coordinate interviews, conduct assessments, negotiate offers, and manage onboarding processes.
  • Ensure timely closure of hiring mandates while maintaining quality and compliance standards.
  • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for immediate and future hiring needs.

Stakeholder & Team Management:

  • Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, budgets, and role specifications.
  • For TA Manager: Lead and mentor a team of recruiters / AMs, set KPIs, and monitor performance.
  • Provide insights and recommendations on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and recruitment strategy.

Operations & Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate recruitment MIS, dashboards, and reports.
  • Manage vendor partnerships and coordinate with RPO agencies if applicable.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory requirements, and recruitment SOPs.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience for AM, 9+ years for TA Manager in BPO / KPO / Contact Center hiring.
  • Strong knowledge of volume hiring, end-to-end recruitment, and talent mapping.
  • Hands-on experience with HRMS, ATS, and recruitment portals.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.
