Position Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist
Location: Bangalore, Karnataka, India
Reports to: Lead - Talent Acquisition
Stakeholders: Business and Functional Heads, HR Business Partners, People Function Teams

As Titan scales to meet future demands through its growth agenda, the Talent Acquisition (TA) function is transforming to become more strategic, agile, and business-aligned. This role supports the recruitment of talent across levels and functions, enabling business continuity and capability expansion. The role is crucial in creating an exceptional candidate and hiring manager experience through process efficiency and talent insight.
Purpose of the Role:
To manage end-to-end recruitment activities, build strong talent pipelines, and deliver a seamless hiring experience to stakeholders. The role contributes to Titan's talent strategy by supporting high-quality and timely hiring across functions and aligning talent acquisition with the company's growth goals.
Position Summary & Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment Operations:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers and HRBPs to understand role requirements and develop search strategies.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and coordinate interviews.
- Ensure recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire, quality-of-hire, and cost-per-hire are met.
2. Sourcing and Talent Pipelining:
- Develop proactive sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
- Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for critical roles and future business needs.
3. Candidate Experience and Stakeholder Management:
- Ensure high-touch communication with candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Deliver strong hiring manager experience through regular updates, market insights, and advisory support.
4. Technology and Process Compliance:
- Leverage Talent XP (ATS) for all hiring activities - no offline processes permitted.
- Ensure accurate documentation and compliance with TA processes.
5. Employer Branding:
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives by promoting a consistent and compelling message across candidate touchpoints.
- Encourage new hires to share their onboarding experiences on platforms like LinkedIn.
6. TA Projects and Initiatives:
- Support various projects like campus hiring, diversity hiring, and technology integration.
- Work on process improvement initiatives to bring efficiency and agility.

Work Experience
Job Specifications / Qualifications:
- MBA/PG in Human Resources or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment across corporate, retail, or consumer sectors
- Strong understanding of sourcing tools, assessment techniques, and recruiting technology (preferably ATS like Talent XP)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, matrixed environment
- Experience in employer branding is a plus
