Position Overview:

Were looking for an experienced Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist who can lead a team while also managing individual hiring targets.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end IT recruitment , leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset to drive hiring success.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, and guide the recruitment team to achieve hiring goals.

Manage full-cycle IT recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.

Handle individual hiring targets alongside team management.

Develop effective sourcing strategies for niche tech roles.

Maintain strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders.

Track and report key hiring metrics for performance evaluation.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

58 years of experience in IT Recruitment / Talent Acquisition

Proven team-leading experience with measurable results

Strong understanding of IT skill sets and market trends

Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills

Proficiency with job portals, LinkedIn Recruiter, and sourcing tools

Ability to thrive in a target-driven, fast-paced environment

Bachelors/Masters degree in HR, Business, or related field
