The Role Strategic Talent Leader

We are hiring aTalent Acquisition Managerto lead end-to-end hiring and workforce strategy across the organisation fromSales & Marketing to Engineering, Automation, Quality, Projects, and Full Manufacturing Operations.

This is ahigh-impact leadership roleresponsible for building the technical and commercial backbone of Snowbell as we scale globally.

Workforce Strategy & Organisational Hiring
  • Lead workforce planning aligned with company growth, expansion, and project pipeline
  • Drive hiring across complete organisational spectrum including:

Business & Commercial

  • Technical Sales Managers (Pharma Machinery)
  • International Sales / Key Accounts
  • Marketing & Technical Marketing
  • Pre-ordering project Engineers

Engineering & Technology

  • Mechanical Design (Pharma Equipment)
  • Automation / PLC / SCADA / Robotics
  • Electrical & Controls Engineering
  • R&D and Innovation

Quality, Regulatory & Validation

  • QA / QC / GMP Professionals
  • Validation & Documentation Engineers
  • 21 CFR Part 11 / CSV / Regulatory roles

Manufacturing & Operations

  • Production & Assembly Engineers
  • Shopfloor & Skilled Technicians
  • Supply Chain & Procurement

Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding
  • Build strong talent pipeline through industry networks, headhunting, LinkedIn, referrals, and niche platforms
  • Develop Snowbells employer brand within pharma machinery, aseptic processing, and regulated engineering sector
  • Partner with technical institutes and engineering colleges for long-term talent strategy


Leadership Hiring & Culture Fit
  • Hire professionals suited forprecision engineering + regulated pharma manufacturing culture
  • Work closely with leadership to ensure right capability, attitude, and long-term organisational fit


Process Excellence & Metrics
  • Implement structured, data-driven recruitment process
  • Track key hiring metrics: time-to-hire, quality of hire, retention, workforce readiness
  • Build scalable recruitment systems for future growth


Ideal Candidate Profile
  • 715 years Talent Acquisition experience inpharmaceutical machinery / life-science engineering / regulated manufacturing
  • Hands on experience in interviewing and hiring process
  • Excellent communication, orgnizational and decision making skills
  • Proven track record hiring acrosscommercial, engineering, and manufacturing operations
  • Strong understanding of technical and leadership hiring in GMP / FDA / EU-regulated environments
  • Experience in scaling workforce for growing engineering or export-oriented companies
  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field (MUST)
  • MBA / PGDM in Human Resources, Organizational Development, or Business Management from a reputed institute (Preferred)
  • Candidates withEngineering + MBA (HR/Business)combination will be highly preferred due to the technical nature of hiring
  • Certification in Talent Acquisition / Strategic HR / Workforce Planning
