Now were scaling fast and we need a Talent Acquisition Partner who can help us find the right people to fuel that growth.

What youll do:

• Manage end-to-end hiring for junior to mid-level roles across functions (Ops, Growth, CX, Tech, etc.)
• Source smart LinkedIn, networks, referrals, creative outreach
• Partner with hiring managers to define roles and ensure fast closures
• Build a great candidate experience that reflects the Slikk culture

What were looking for:

• 13 years of experience in recruitment (startup or agency background preferred)
• Strong sourcing and screening skills
• Comfortable with fast-paced, high-growth setups
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management

CTC: 1215 LPA

Location: Bangalore ( Work from Office)
