Job Description
- End-to-End Delivery Management
- Oversee the full recruitment lifecyclerequirement intake, sourcing, screening, submission, interviews, onboarding, and delivery timelines.
- Client Requirement Understanding & Coordination
- Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand job needs, set expectations, and ensure continuous alignment.
- Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruiting team;
monitor KPIs like submissions, interviews, offers, and joins. - Quality & SLA Compliance
- Ensure profile quality, timely submissions, and adherence to client SLAs, including TAT, accuracy, and compliance standards.
- Pipeline & Workforce Planning
- Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines;
forecast hiring needs and allocate recruiter bandwidth efficiently. - Stakeholder Reporting & Escalation Handling
- Prepare daily/weekly dashboards, track delivery metrics, and address challenges, escalations, or bottlenecks proactively.
