Job Description

  1. End-to-End Delivery Management
  2. Oversee the full recruitment lifecyclerequirement intake, sourcing, screening, submission, interviews, onboarding, and delivery timelines.
  3. Client Requirement Understanding & Coordination
  4. Work closely with clients/hiring managers to understand job needs, set expectations, and ensure continuous alignment.
  5. Team Leadership & Performance Management
  6. Lead, mentor, and motivate the recruiting team;
    monitor KPIs like submissions, interviews, offers, and joins.
  7. Quality & SLA Compliance
  8. Ensure profile quality, timely submissions, and adherence to client SLAs, including TAT, accuracy, and compliance standards.
  9. Pipeline & Workforce Planning
  10. Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines;
    forecast hiring needs and allocate recruiter bandwidth efficiently.
  11. Stakeholder Reporting & Escalation Handling
  12. Prepare daily/weekly dashboards, track delivery metrics, and address challenges, escalations, or bottlenecks proactively.
