Pipeline & Workforce Planning
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines;
forecast hiring needs and allocate recruiter bandwidth efficiently.
Stakeholder Reporting & Escalation Handling
Prepare daily/weekly dashboards, track delivery metrics, and address challenges, escalations, or bottlenecks proactively.
