Talent Acquisition Manager Ahmedabad (with Gurgaon coverage)

Location: Ahmedabad (base), with remote coverage for Gurgaon

Reporting Manager: Head of Talent Acquisition, APAC

Team Size: 5 (direct reports)

What We're Looking For

We're seeking a strategic TA Manager who can go beyond delivery to shape how we hire, partner, and grow. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a matrixed, multinational environment and brings a consultative mindset to talent acquisition.

Must-Haves:

Total of 10+ years of experience Into Talent Acquisition/ Hirings / recruitment.

• Minimum 2 years of direct people management experience
• Proven in-house TA experience in an MNC ( Manufacturing/ healthcare preferred; open to similar industries)
• Strong stakeholder management across functions and seniority levels
• Experience with TA programs, employer branding, and recruitment technologies
• Ability to act as a strategic advisor on hiring processes, market insights, and workforce planning
