Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Manager, based in Mumbai. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. The Talent Acquisition Manager will collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, develop employer branding strategies, coordinate interviews, and ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process. Additional responsibilities may include implementing innovative recruiting methods to attract top talent and developing long-term recruitment strategies to meet organizational goals.

Qualifications

  • Proven expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
  • Experience in Employer Branding and developing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
  • Strong skills in hiring, interviewing, and building effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple recruiting projects and meet tight deadlines in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.
  • Previous experience in the IT industry or technical recruiting is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in HR with major exposure in Talent Acquisition, preferably in the IT industry.
  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Human Resources (Mandatory)
