What will you be doing?

To build, guide and manage a team of recruitment professionals and ensure that everyone in the team meets the goals and expectations of internal and external stakeholders. To build and manage excellent relationships with both candidates and hiring managers, maximising contract performance, while achieving all aspects of the service level agreement. Please make sure all clients, candidates and colleagues receive an experience in line with the Page Outsourcing Values.



Key Activities

  • Responsible for guiding a team through the day-to-day workload, ensuring you develop and mentor each team member across the recruitment lifecycle in line with operational excellence expectations and measurements against service level agreements
  • Keep abreast with best practices and industry trends in the current market to ensure we can attract the best talent and build an ongoing pipeline for future vacancies
  • Maintain an up-to-date working knowledge of our industry to provide advice and guidance to relevant stakeholders, including Recruitment Partners, Consultants and Hiring Managers
  • Lead and contribute to the development, review, implementation and execution of policies and procedures in the shared services centre.
  • Maximise the use and effectiveness of resources (i.e., people, systems, sourcing channels, and processes) to deliver and manage accurate and high-quality end-to-end recruitment services to internal and external stakeholders
  • Champion the centre's vision and values through leading by example in operational excellence, professional behaviour, and high standards of work
  • Ensure the experience delivered to our customers and candidates is underpinned by excellence and customer-centric throughput



What are we looking for?

  • Minimum of 3 years of leadership experience managing at least 4-5 direct reports
  • At least 8 years of solid end-to-end recruitment experience
  • Willingness to follow a hybrid work arrangement, reporting onsite two to three days per week.
  • Proven ability to work independently, particularly in reporting, data management, and analysis.
  • Experience in a similar MSP, RPO, or Shared Services Centre (SSC) environment is preferred.
  • Prior exposure to supporting a packaging, manufacturing, or industrial business, with strong familiarity in managing scorecards and KPIs
  • Experience hiring for the Engineering, Manufacturing, Oil & Gas, Energy or similar sectors is advantageous
  • Excellent communications skills
