Position Title: Director Talent Acquisition role

Notice Period: Immediate - 1 Month

Requirements:

• Experience: A minimum of 15+ years of progressive experience in Human Resources and Talent Acquisition, with at least 8 years in a senior leadership capacity.
• Industry Background: Proven experience in high-growth sectors such as Renewable Energy, Power/Utilities, FinTech, or Global Capability Centers (GCCs). Experience in social enterprises or startups scaling in emerging markets is a significant plus.
• Strategic Acumen: Demonstrated ability to build TA functions from the ground up or lead large-scale transformations in complex, multi-national environments.

Education: MBA or Masters degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field from a premier institute.
