Job Title: Talent Acquisition Manager (Individual Contributor Role)

Location: Rajarhat, Kolkata

CTC: Up to 9LPA

Experience: 812 Years (Minimum 10 years preferred)

We are hiring a hands-on Talent Acquisition professional who will independently manage end-to-end recruitment across both technical and non-technical roles.

This is an Individual Contributor role, where the focus is on execution, ownership, and driving hiring outcomes, rather than managing a large team.

• Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to onboarding)
• Handle technical and non-technical hiring across departments
• Independently drive candidate sourcing using LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and networking
• Partner with hiring managers to understand requirements and close positions efficiently
• Ensure strong candidate experience and timely communication
• Track and manage recruitment metrics (time-to-hire, closures, pipeline strength)
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for ongoing hiring needs
• Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and best practices

• 812 years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
• Strong experience in end-to-end hiring (individual contributor role)
• Exposure to both technical and non-technical hiring
• Hands-on expertise in sourcing (LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, etc.)
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
• Good knowledge of recruitment tools, ATS, and job portals

• Experience in Testing, Inspection, Analytical, Pharma, or similar industries

• Female candidate preferred
• Immediate joiner or short notice period
• Strong ownership mindset and execution capability
• Proactive, organized, and result-oriented

This role is not a team handling position. It requires a hands-on recruiter who can independently drive hiring outcomes and closures.
