As we continue to grow, we are seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Manager to lead recruitment delivery, manage client relationships, and drive business performance through strategic talent acquisition.
Role Summary
The Talent Acquisition Manager will act as the strategic owner of client relationships, managing approximately 20+ client POCs, driving end-to-end recruitment delivery, and ensuring revenue and performance goals are achieved.
This role blends leadership and individual contribution, requiring the ability to lead a team of IT recruiters while also taking ownership of key hiring mandates when needed.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Stakeholder Management
- Serve as the primary point of contact (POC) for all client requirements, communications, and escalations.
- Manage end-to-end stakeholder relationships both external (clients) and internal (delivery, HR, and management teams).
- Ensure client satisfaction through timely delivery, responsiveness, and consistent service excellence.
- Understand client business objectives and workforce needs to plan effective recruitment strategies.
Revenue & Delivery Management
- Manage complete requirement-to-delivery lifecycle for assigned clients, ensuring timely closures and offer conversions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly billing/revenue targets through effective client farming and delivery management.
- Track and analyze performance metrics, including submission-to-closure ratios, billing, and recruiter productivity.
- Forecast hiring demands and resource requirements to ensure business continuity and growth.
Team Leadership & Performance Management
- Lead and mentor a team, setting clear performance expectations and guiding them toward success.
- Conduct weekly reviews, performance appraisals, and coaching sessions to drive results and upskill team members.
- Build a collaborative, goal-driven, and high-performance culture aligned with business objectives.
Individual Contributor (IC) Role
- Be ready to act as an Individual Contributor for critical hiring mandates as needed.
- Execute full-cycle recruitment sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
- Drive niche and leadership hiring directly to support urgent or high-value roles.
Strategic Hiring & Market Intelligence
- Develop recruitment strategies for niche, leadership, and bulk hiring across domains.
- Stay updated with market trends, skill demands, and technology shifts to align hiring strategies.
- Leverage ATS (Ceipal preferred) and data analytics to improve team performance and reporting accuracy.
Requirements & Experience
- 712 years of experience in end-to-end IT recruitment, with at least 4+ years in account and Delivery management.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly and quarterly billing/revenue targets.
- Strong background in client account management, stakeholder engagement, and delivery excellence.
- Hands-on experience in niche and lateral hiring across technology domains.
- Proficiency in ATS tools (Ceipal preferred) and performance reporting.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and people management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining quality and timelines.
- Bachelors / Masters degree in HR, Management, or related field preferred.
