Key Responsbility :
- We are looking for a dynamic and hands-on Sr.Recruitment Manager has built teams in fast-growing startup environments. The role requires someone who can own end-to-end hiring, scale teams quickly, build strong hiring processes, and partner closely with business leaders to deliver quality talent at speed.
- Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive end-to-end recruitment across corporate, retail, supply chain, factory, and leadership roles
- Design and execute scalable hiring strategies aligned with business growth plans
- Partner with founders, CXOs, and business heads to understand workforce planning and talent needs
- Build, mentor, and manage the recruitment team (in-house & vendors)
- Strengthen employer branding, candidate experience, and referral programs
- Manage and optimize vendor partnerships, job portals, and sourcing channels
- Track and report recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, quality of hire, offer-join ratio)
- Drive diversity, equity, and inclusion hiring initiatives
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal hiring policies
- Continuously improve recruitment processes using data, ATS, and best practices
- Desired Candidate Profile
- 1015 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 45 years in a startup or high-growth organization
- Proven experience in bulk, lateral, and leadership hiring
- Strong stakeholder management and business partnering skills
- Hands-on mindsetcomfortable rolling up sleeves when needed
- Experience in setting up recruitment processes from scratch is a big plus
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills
