We are looking for a passionate and driven HR Recruiter who enjoys talent acquisition and building strong candidate relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Recruitment: Lead recruitment for our sales and marketing vertical.
• Draft and update job descriptions for open positions
• Source candidates through job portals and online platforms
• Screening resumes and conducting preliminary interviews
• Evaluating candidate suitability and shortlisting profiles
• Coordinating interview schedules with hiring managers
• Own the offer generation, negotiations and candidate closure process

Requirements:

• Recruiting Experience including selling our company, screening, shortlisting, arranging interviews, negotiating salary a must.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, work under pressure and meet given timelines.
