Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kochi for a Talent Acquisition Manager. The Talent Acquisition Manager will oversee end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates. Key responsibilities include developing and implementing effective hiring strategies, fostering a strong employer brand, and collaborating with hiring managers to fulfill organizational talent needs efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting strategies
• Experience in Interviewing candidates and managing the Hiring process
• Strong knowledge of Employer Branding and its integration into recruitment processes
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
• Experience in talent acquisition for both IT and non-IT sectors is an advantage
