About the Role
Automotive Manufactures Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager / Senior Manager with strong exposure to automobile dealership hiring. This is a recruitment-heavy role (70%) focused on building high-quality dealership teams, with the remaining 30% covering HR operations and stakeholder coordination. If you have deep knowledge of dealership structures and a proven track record in automotive hiring, this role offers the opportunity to work closely with business leaders and drive large-scale talent acquisition initiatives.
Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition (70%)
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for automobile dealership roles across Sales, Service, Workshop, Finance, CRM, and Corporate functions
- Partner with business heads and dealership leadership to understand manpower plans and hiring priorities
- Drive sourcing through job portals, referrals, consultants, social media, and vendor partnerships
- Manage screening, interviews, offer negotiations, and closures within defined TATs
- Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future dealership requirements
- Track recruitment metrics, MIS, and dashboards for management reporting
- Strengthen employer branding within the automotive and dealership talent market
HR Operations (30%)
- Support onboarding and joining formalities in coordination with HR operations
- Assist in manpower budgeting, headcount tracking, and attrition analysis
- Act as an HR partner to dealership stakeholders on people-related matters
- Ensure adherence to recruitment policies and documentation standards
Qualifications
- 1015 years of overall HR/Talent Acquisition experience
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the automobile industry
- Current or recent role must be with an automobile dealership or relevant automotive organization
Required Skills
- Hands-on experience in dealership hiring (mandatory)
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to manage volume hiring and niche lateral roles
- Data-driven approach to recruitment and reporting
