Talent Acquisition Manager

Looking for Immediate Joiners with 10 + yrs of exp in Recruitment @ DLF Ramapuram.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience in managing end-to-end talent acquisition across multiple hiring models, especially contract staffing
• Strong understanding of IT and/or non-IT hiring landscapes
• Expertise in vendor management and contract negotiations
• Demonstrated ability to handle high-volume and complex hiring needs
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Familiarity with ATS tools, HRMS platforms, and recruitment technologies

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in fast-paced, high-growth environments
• Exposure to global hiring or multi-location recruitment
• MBA or equivalent qualification in HR or related field
