Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead end-to-end recruitment activities and build a strong talent pipeline aligned with business goals. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hiring across multiple roles, stakeholder management, and recruitment process optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for technical and non-technical roles
• Partner with business leaders to understand workforce planning and hiring needs
• Develop and execute effective talent acquisition strategies
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline through multiple sourcing channels
• Lead employer branding initiatives to attract high-quality talent
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
• Track recruitment metrics and prepare regular hiring reports
• Manage and mentor recruiters and recruitment partners (if applicable)
• Ensure compliance with company policies and employment laws

Requirments:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• 58 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
• Strong understanding of recruitment tools, ATS, and sourcing platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
