Role Purpose

Lead the Talent Acquisition function driving leadership hiring across OSD Manufacturing Assets and building a future-ready Talent Acquisition Center of Excellence (COE). This role will define and implement robust processes, SLAs, and SOPs, oversee readiness for new hires, and champion best-in-class hiring practices, delivering an exceptional candidate experience and positioning Zydus as an employer of choice


Key Responsibilities

Leadership Hiring

Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle for senior leadership roles across OSD manufacturing units. Conduct executive talent mapping and discreet engagement with high-potential candidates. Collaborate with Talent Management for competency, functional, and behavioral assessments. Implement structured assessment frameworks and ensure compliance with leadership evaluation standards.


TA COE Development & Technology

Establish a future-ready TA COE by designing process maps, SLAs, and SOPs. Standardize recruitment workflows and leverage AI and automation for efficiency. Drive talent co-location initiatives and lead continuous improvement.


Onboarding & Operational Excellence

Own joining documentation and onboarding logistics. Coordinate seat allocation, asset provisioning, premise access, and onboarding preparedness. Forecast asset requirements and arrange procurement. Manage lodging and boarding for relocating employees.


Candidate Experience & Employer Branding

Define and monitor candidate experience parameters. Develop leadership pitches and engagement strategies aligned with employer brand. Promote diversity and inclusion.


Stakeholder Engagement

Partner with BU HR, Finance, and Capex teams for recruitment budgeting and approvals. Advise business leaders on talent trends and market insights. Mentor the Talent Acquisition team.


Governance & Compliance

Ensure adherence to internal policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain audit-ready documentation for all hiring and onboarding processes.
