Role Overview
We are a fast-growingbeauty startuplooking for ahigh-energy Talent Acquisition & Campus Hiring Leadwho canhunt, close, and build talent pipelines at scale. This is a hands-on role for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and knows how to source aggressively throughLinkedIn, headhunting, institute tie-ups, and campus hiring, especially with institutes in the north-east.
You will play a key role in building ourintern and full-time talent ecosystemacross multiple functions as the brand scales.
What Youll Do
- Ownend-to-end hiringacross platforms for interns and full-time roles
- Activelyheadhunt and source candidates on LinkedInand other professional platforms
- Build and managestrong relationships with educational institutesincluding:
- Management colleges
- Hospitality institutes
- Aviation institutes
- Design and skill-based colleges
- Plan and executecampus drives, internship programs, and placement partnerships
- Screen high volumes of resumes andshortlist the right talent fast
- Ensure strongjobcandidate fitby matching skills, mindset, and culture
- Coordinate interviews, negotiations, follow-ups, and offer closures
- Independentlygenerate hiring leads and convert them
- Draftclear, professional communicationwith candidates and institutes
- UseHR tech, ATS tools, and AI-driven solutionsto streamline recruitment processes
- Take complete ownership of hiring outcomeseven if it means pushing beyond regular work hours during critical phases
What Were Looking For
- A truego-getter with a hire fast, hire right mindset
- Proven experience inheadhunting, LinkedIn sourcing, Internshala, and campus hiring
- Strong ability toevaluate resumes, conduct screenings, and close candidates
- ExcellentEnglish communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Highly organised, deadline-driven, and comfortable handling multiple roles simultaneously
- Experience usingtechnology and AI toolsfor recruitment and HR operations
- Bachelors degree in HR, management, or related field preferred
- Startup experience is a strong plus
