Talent Acquisition Lead

About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic and driven Lead / Senior Recruiter to join our Hyderabad team. This role will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment across functions, partnering closely with hiring managers, and ensuring timely delivery of quality talent.

The ideal candidate should have strong stakeholder management skills, the ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously, and experience in managing hiring targets in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing to offer closure)
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and business needs
• Create sourcing strategies to attract quality candidates through various channels (LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, networking, etc.)
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate and manage interview processes
• Ensure strong candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
• Drive offer discussions, negotiation, and closure
• Track hiring metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders
• Build talent pipelines for critical and recurring roles
• Mentor junior recruiters (for Lead role)

Required Skills & Experience

• 8-10 years of experience in recruitment (corporate or consulting background preferred)
• Strong experience in hiring for mid to senior-level roles
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in fast-paced or high-growth environments
• Strong sourcing expertise using LinkedIn Recruiter and job portals
• Good understanding of market mapping and talent intelligence

Preferred

• Experience hiring for Tech / GCC / Product-based companies
• Experience in consulting or RPO setups
• Exposure to data-driven recruitment metrics
