We are a high-growth fintech startup on a mission to revolutionize financial inclusion across India. With a PAN India presence and a rapidly expanding field team, we're looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to own frontline hiring, drive expansion, and build a robust, retention-focused field workforce.


Role Overview:

As the Talent Acquisition Lead for our field team, you will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment, scaling our field force month-on-month, and actively curbing attrition through strategic hiring and engagement initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders, travel extensively to new and existing locations, and ensure we attract, hire, and retain high-energy talent that aligns with our culture and goals.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Hiring Strategy & Execution: Own end-to-end recruitment for field roles across PAN India. Develop and implement scalable hiring strategies to meet monthly/quarterly hiring targets.
  • Attrition Control: Diagnose attrition trends, design retention-friendly hiring frameworks, and ensure quality of hire to reduce turnover.
  • Field Expansion: Travel to new and existing locations for hiring drives, team meetings, and city launch operations.
  • Stakeholder Partnership: Collaborate closely with regional business heads, operations, and HR to align hiring with business needs.
  • Employer Branding: Enhance our field employer brand through localized outreach, referral programs, and on-ground engagement.
  • Process Innovation: Improve hiring processes, use tech/AI tools for efficiency, and maintain data-driven reporting on hiring metrics.
  • Team Development: Mentor recruiters and coordinators to build a high-performing TA function for field hiring.


What We're Looking For:

  • 610 years of experience in high-volume recruitment, with significant exposure to field/frontline hiring (fintech, BFSI, retail, FMCG preferred).
  • Proven ability to manage PAN India hiring and travel extensively.
  • Strong track record in curbing attrition through quality hiring and engagement initiatives.
  • High-energy, resilient, and comfortable in a fast-paced, scaling startup environment.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Data-driven mindset with experience in recruitment metrics and ATS/HR tools.
