Key Responsibilities:
Bulk Hiring:
oStrategize and execute high-volume recruitment drives to meetorganizational staffing needs.
oDevelop talent pipelines through job fairs, campus recruitment, andother innovative sourcing strategies.
oManage candidate screening, interviewing, and selection processes forbulk roles.
Stakeholder Management:
oCollaborate with department heads to forecast hiring needs and alignrecruitment strategies with business goals.
oAct as a point of contact for candidates and hiring managers, ensuringa positive recruitment experience.
Reporting & Analytics:
oCreate and maintain detailed recruitment dashboards and reports,tracking KPIs such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidateconversion rates.
oProvide actionable insights to improve recruitment efficiency andquality.
oEnsure compliance with recruitment policies and data managementstandards.
Team Leadership:
oLead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring performance targetsare met.
oFoster a collaborative and results-oriented team culture.
Key Requirements:
Education: Masterdegree in Human Resources, Business Administration,or a related field.
SkillsRequired:
oExpertise in high-volume recruitment techniques and tools.
oProficiency in HRMS/ATS systems and recruitment reporting tools.
oStrong analytical and problem-solving skills.
oExcellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
