We are looking for a dynamic and experienced HR Professional with strong Talent Acquisition expertise, particularly in US hiring, to join our team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end recruitment for US roles, support HR operations, and act as a key partner to business stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition US Hiring

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for US-based positions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating offers.
  • Utilize platforms such as LinkedIn, indeed, Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, and internal databases to identify and attract top talent.
  • Screen candidates for technical, cultural, and role-specific fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers across time zones.
  • Handle negotiation of salaries and finalize offers.
  • Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication throughout the process.

HR Operations

  • Support onboarding activities for US hires.
  • Maintain accurate employee data and recruitment reports.
  • Coordinate with payroll/HR teams to ensure smooth hiring and documentation.
  • Assist in policy communication, employee engagement initiatives, and HR compliance tasks.
  • Help develop and improve recruiting processes, tools, and systems.

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or relevant field.
  • 8 10+ years of experience in HR and Talent Acquisition; strong preference for candidates with US recruitment experience.
  • Knowledge of US work authorizations (C2C, W2, GC, USC, H1B, OPT/CPT).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a night shift or US time zones.
  • Strong negotiation, stakeholder management, and multitasking abilities.
  • Experience using ATS tools & HRMS platforms.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience hiring for Real Estate or Construction specialized domains.
  • Exposure to both corporate hiring and staffing/recruitment agencies.
