Position Title: Talent Acquisition Lead
Location: Bangalore
About the Role
This role combines end-to-end recruitment process along with workforce planning. The role involves working closely with clients to understand hiring requirements and work along with team to execute the same. The incumbent will play a key role in driving technology hiring, talent management, and process improvements to enhance overall recruitment process under tech & digital space.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and execute end-to-end recruitment strategy for enterprise technology roles.
- Build hiring pipelines for both lateral and bulk hiring roles including Solution Architects, Technical Architects, and Principal Engineers, AI, ML, Infra, cloud, network, automation, cybersecurity, SAP etc.
- Develop recruitment strategies through multiple recruitment sources & channels in enterprise technologies and emerging domains.
- Manage high-volume recruitment drives for technology teams.
- Good experience in team management as well.
- Drive mid senior lateral hiring for specialized niche technical roles.
- Track and optimize recruitment metrics (TAT, cost per hire, offer-to-join ratio).
- Improve candidate experience and employer branding.
- Ensure adherence to recruitment processes and compliance.
Experience:
- 12+ years in technology recruitment space along with manpower planning experience into tech & digital space.
Qualifications & Skills:
Education: MBA/PGDM in HR, or equivalent qualification in Human Resource Management.
Soft Skills:
Strong business acumen and ability to align HR strategies with company objectives.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to handle sensitive employee issues with discretion and professionalism.
