Talent Acquisition Lead

Aquis Search is currently assisting our client, a real estate platform, in their search for a Talent Acquisition Lead in Mumbai.

About the Role

Our client is looking for a high-impact Talent Acquisition Lead to drive hiring strategy and execution across the organization. This role will own end-to-end recruitment, lead a team of recruiters, and partner closely with business leaders to build scalable hiring processes aligned with growth plans.

This is a business-facing role requiring strong stakeholder management, structured thinking, and the ability to operate in a fast-paced, consumer-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of 34 Talent Acquisition professionals; drive performance, accountability, and hiring SLAs

Partner with senior stakeholders across functions to understand workforce plans and translate them into actionable hiring roadmaps

Own end-to-end recruitment across business and corporate roles

Build strong pipelines through market mapping, direct sourcing, referrals, and search partners where required

Bring structure to hiring processes metrics tracking, TAT, candidate experience, offer-to-join ratios

Provide market intelligence on compensation trends, talent availability, and competitor hiring patterns

Ensure strong employer branding and candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle

Candidate Profile

5+ years of relevant experience in Talent Acquisition

MBA from a reputed institution

Experience managing or mentoring a small team is preferred

Strong understanding of consumer-driven businesses; ability to hire for fast-scaling environments

Prior experience in a search firm is advantageous, though not mandatory

Proven ability to manage senior stakeholders and influence hiring decisions

Strong communication, negotiation, and execution skills
