Job Description

Snabbit is Indias first Quick-Service App delivering home services in just 10 minutes through a hyperlocal network of trained and verified professionals. Backed by Elevation Capital, Nexus Venture Partners, and Lightspeed, Snabbit is redefining the home services space by combining speed, quality, and trust.


Founded by Aayush Agarwal, Snabbit is on a mission to make home services as seamless and instant as ordering groceries. Weve already completed thousands of jobs with exceptional customer satisfaction - and were just getting started.


Were looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern whos curious about people, organised in execution, and excited to help build Snabbits team from the ground up. This is a hands-on role where youll learn how early-stage hiring really works - end to end.


What Youll Do

  • Support hiring across roles - Help with sourcing profiles, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Keep the hiring engine moving - Track candidates, follow up with stakeholders, and make sure nothing slips through the cracks.
  • Candidate communication - Reach out to candidates, schedule interviews, and ensure a smooth, friendly experience.
  • Work closely with the TA team - Assist with job postings, hiring reports, and day-to-day recruitment ops.
  • Learn how teams are built - Get exposure to how hiring decisions are made in a fast-growing startup.
