Were looking for a hustler who wants to break into Talent Acquisition and understands the pace of a digital/advertising agency.
If youve done 36 months of non-IT hiring and know how agency hiring works (creative folks, strategists, media peeps, account managers), this ones for you.
What Youll Do:
- Work closely with the HR & Business teams on live hiring mandates
- Source candidates aggressively through LinkedIn, job portals & networking
- Screen profiles and conduct first-round calls
- Coordinate interviews and ensure a smooth candidate experience
- Maintain trackers and keep hiring data sharp & updated
- Help build talent pipelines for upcoming mandates
What Were Looking For:
- 36 months of non-IT recruitment experience
- Preferably from a digital marketing / advertising agency
- Strong communication skills
- High ownership & follow-up game
- Someone who thrives in fast-moving environments
