Key Responsibilities:

Source and screen candidates via job portals and LinkedIn.

Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate details.

Assist in creating job descriptions and posting roles.

Support recruitment drives and employer branding initiatives.

What Were Looking For:

Pursuing or completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, or related fields.

Strong communication and organizational skills.

Proficient in MS Office and comfortable with technology.

Detail-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
