About The Role:

We are looking for a proactive and enthusiasticTalent Acquisition Internto join our HR team. This role is ideal for someone who is interested in learning the end-to-end recruitment process, particularly intechnical hiring. The intern will assist in sourcing candidates, screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and supporting various hiring initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist insourcing candidates through LinkedIn and other job platforms
• Support the team intechnical recruitmentfor roles such as developers, engineers, and other tech positions
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on role requirements
• Coordinate interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain and update candidate data in the HRMS/ATS
• Conduct initial outreach and communication with potential candidates
• Assist in drafting job descriptions and posting them on relevant platforms
• Track hiring progress and help maintain recruitment reports

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree inHuman Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Strong interest inrecruitment and talent acquisition
• Basic understanding oftechnical roles and hiring processesis preferred
• Familiarity withLinkedIn sourcingis a plus
• Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and coordination abilities

Stipend:

This is apaid internship, with amonthly stipend of 8,000 12,000, depending on the candidates experience and skills.
