Job Title: Talent Acquisition Intern

Location: Sector 14, Gurugram

Experience: Fresher

Working Days: 5.5

Stipend: INR 20,000 Per month (including any other applicable taxes)

Education: Recently graduated in HR, Business, or related field.

Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment including job posting, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination

Support campus hiring activities such as candidate shortlisting, coordination, and follow-ups

Help with initial salary discussions as per defined guidelines and budgets

Coordinate and track background verification (BGV) and pre-offer documentation

Maintain candidate pipelines, recruitment trackers, and ATS data accurately

Work closely with hiring managers and HR stakeholders to ensure smooth hiring processes

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to handle sensitive information.

Organized with good time-management skills.

Proactive and eager to learn.
