Discovr AI is an AI-native advertising platform helping brands and agencies run influencer campaigns at scale. Our platform automates the entire campaign lifecyclefrom creator discovery and approvals to reporting, allowing teams to scale creator programs without increasing headcount.

We are building a fast-moving team and are looking for someone who wants to learn startup hiring from the inside.

What Youll Do

You will work directly with the hiring team and get hands-on exposure to real startup hiring.

Your responsibilities will include:

Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, and other platforms

Screening resumes and identifying strong candidates

Coordinating interviews with hiring managers

Reaching out to candidates and maintaining communication

Managing recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Supporting hiring for tech and business roles

You wont just observe youll actually help us build the team.

Who Should Apply

We are looking for someone who:

Has strong communication skills

Is proactive and comfortable reaching out to people

Is curious about recruitment, startups, and talent building

Can work in a fast-paced environment

Is pursuing or has completed a degree in HR, Business, or a related field (not mandatory)

Freshers are welcome.
