Were now looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our mission of building one of Indias strongest startup teams.
Role Overview
As a Talent Acquisition Intern, youll work closely with the TA team, founders, and hiring managers to support end-to-end recruitment across tech, product, sales, marketing, and operations roles.
This is a high-ownership internship where youll learn how fast-scaling startups hire top talent, manage recruitment operations, and build strong candidate experiences.
Key Responsibilities
1. Talent Sourcing & Research
- Source candidates across platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri, AngelList, GitHub, Behance, and college networks.
- Use Boolean search and talent mapping to build active pipelines for multiple roles.
- Craft personalized outreach messages aligned with the Darwix brand tone.
- Maintain candidate databases for different departments.
2. Recruitment Coordination & Screening
- Assist in screening resumes and shortlisting relevant candidates.
- Schedule interviews, share assignments, coordinate with panelists, and ensure smooth process flow.
- Conduct initial screening calls (if required) to assess basic fit.
- Track candidate progress from application to closure.
3. Stakeholder Support
- Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and prepare updated JDs.
- Prepare candidate briefs and share context with interviewers.
- Follow up with teams to collect feedback and ensure timely decision-making.
4. Candidate Experience
- Ensure positive communication throughout the hiring process.
- Send follow-up messages, schedule reminders, and update candidates proactively.
- Maintain timely status updates and smooth process flow.
5. Hiring Operations
- Manage and update hiring trackers, Excel sheets, and ATS tools like Notion or Zoho Recruit.
- Ensure documentation, feedback notes, and status entries are accurate.
- Support onboarding activities for new hires when required.
6. Employer Branding Support
- Assist with creating hiring creatives, social media posts, and role announcements.
- Coordinate with marketing/design teams for recruitment campaigns.
- Support campus outreach, hiring events, and virtual drives.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelors degree (completed or pursuing) in HR, Business, Psychology, Engineering, or related fields.
Experience
- Prior HR/recruitment internship is a plus but not mandatory.
- Experience with sourcing tools, Boolean search, or LinkedIn Recruiter is an advantage.
Skills
- Strong communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in Google Sheets, Excel, and Notion.
- Ability to multitask and manage timelines.
- High ownership, hustle mindset, and eagerness to learn.
- Good people skills and intuitive understanding of candidate motivations.
