• Indian real estate is earmarked to be a $650 billion market in 2025 and a $1 trillion worth sector in 2030. With 85%+ construction still unorganized in India, Brick&Bolt is on a path to capture the massive and super-broken market using our technology and processes.
• Expanding to more than 12 cities in 15 months. With the Series A2 round, Brick&Bolt has raised a total of $16 million. Earlier Sequoia Surge, Foundamental, HDFC Capital Advisors Limited and Stride Ventures have invested in Brick&Bolt. In Jan 2023, we raised Series A2 Funding of $10million from Accel and Celesta Capital

About the Role

We're seeking self-driven Talent Acquisition Interns to develop and implement hiring strategies, build a strong talent pipeline, and manage the recruitment process for bulk hiring positions.

Role & Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective hiring strategies to meet business needs
• Develop, manage, and refine recruitment strategies to attract top talent in dynamic environments
• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to fill the vacant positions
• Identify passive candidates through research, networking, and talent mapping
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field
• Independent thinker, quick decision maker, and problem solver
• A quick learner with an understanding of business needs and alignment with candidate skills
• A self-driven attitude and the ability to work under tight deadlines
• Basic understanding of recruitment processes
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills
