About The Role


Mode of Employment: Internship (Possible conversion to FTE based on the performance)

Internship Duration: 3 months

Internship Type: Paid Internship

Stipend During Internship: 15000/- per month

Mode of Working: Work from office (Mon-Fri)

Work Location: Bengaluru


Key Responsibilities

  • Candidate Sourcing: Source the required candidates as per the hiring needs using LinkedIn, job boards, employee referrals and databases to identify potential candidates.
  • Screening & Shortlisting: Review resumes and conduct initial phone interviews to assess suitability and basic technical capabilities of the candidate
  • Interview Coordination: Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, coordinate and follow-up with both candidates and Interview panels.
  • ATS & Data Management: Maintain the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure accurate, up-to-date records.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with job postings, offer letter preparation, and pre-onboarding documentation.
  • Employer Branding: Support recruitment marketing efforts, including attending job fairs, campus events, internal drives etc.


Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Candidates with a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field and with basic knowledge on the trending technologies are eligible.
  • Skills: Strong communication (verbal/written), organizational skills, and proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Attributes: Detail-oriented, eager to learn, and capable of managing confidential information.
  • Experience: Previous experience in recruiting or HR is a plus but not mandatory.
