Role Overview :

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Intern to support hiring activities across both store and corporate functions. The intern will work closely with the TA team to help build strong talent pipelines for India operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Talent Sourcing & Screening

Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social platforms.

Review and screen resumes for role requirements.

Coordinate initial screening rounds.

2. Interview Coordination

Schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

Ensure timely and professional communication throughout the hiring process.

Support HR during initial assessments when required.

3. Candidate Experience & Documentation

Deliver a seamless, luxury-brand-aligned candidate experience.

Maintain applicant tracking sheets and hiring dashboards.

Support document collection and pre-onboarding processes.

4. Employer Branding & TA Projects

Support campus drives and recruitment events.

Draft job descriptions and recruitment communication.

Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the TA function.

5. Reporting & Coordination

Collaborate with internal teams for timely hiring updates.
