We are building a fast-moving team and are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who deeply understands the influencer marketing ecosystem and can help us hire the right talent across creator partnerships, brand solutions, campaign management, and growth functions.

Role Overview

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist with 25 years of experience, ideally from an influencer marketing agency, creator platform, or digital advertising company.

This role requires someone who understands the influencer marketing domain in depth and can efficiently hire for roles such as:

• Influencer Marketing Managers
• Creator Partnerships Managers
• Brand Solutions Managers
• Campaign Managers
• Growth & Partnerships roles

Important - Beyond hiring, you will also act as a knowledge partner internally, helping the team better understand the talent landscape in the influencer marketing industry.

Key Responsibilities

Hiring & Talent Acquisition

• Own end-to-end hiring for influencer marketing and creator ecosystem roles
• Source high-quality candidates through LinkedIn, networks, job platforms, and industry communities
• Screen candidates for domain knowledge, execution capability, and cultural fit
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and maintain candidate pipelines
• Build strong talent pools within influencer marketing agencies and creator platforms

Domain-Driven Hiring

• Identify candidates who understand brand collaborations, creator campaigns, and influencer ecosystem dynamics
• Evaluate candidates based on campaign execution experience, brand management skills, and creator partnerships knowledge
• Help hiring managers assess domain fit during screening stages

Talent Intelligence & Internal Knowledge

• Share market insights about the influencer marketing talent landscape
• Guide internal teams on role structuring, hiring benchmarks, and candidate expectations
• Help build hiring frameworks for creator economy related roles

Recruitment Operations

• Maintain recruitment trackers and hiring pipelines
• Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience
• Drive fast and efficient hiring processes aligned with startup speed

Who Should Apply

We are looking for someone who:

• Has 25 years of Talent Acquisition experience
• Has worked with an influencer marketing agency, creator platform, or digital advertising company
• Understands the influencer marketing ecosystem and creator economy
• Has experience hiring for brand, creator, campaign, or partnerships roles
• Is proactive, structured, and comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment
• Has strong stakeholder management and communication skills
• Is based in Mumbai or willing to work on-site from our Marol office
