Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the end-to-end Talent Acquisition strategy for the organization.
• Develop and implement innovative recruitment strategies to attract top talent across functions.
• Manage bulk and leadership hiring for corporate, sales, and operational roles.
• Build and mentor a high-performing TA team while ensuring recruitment targets and timelines are met.
• Partner closely with business leaders and stakeholders to understand workforce planning needs.
• Strengthen the employer branding strategy to attract high-quality candidates in the real estate sector.
• Drive process improvements, recruitment analytics, and ATS optimization.
• Ensure a best-in-class candidate experience throughout the hiring lifecycle.

Key Requirements

• MBA in HR or related field is mandatory.
• 5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition / Recruitment.
• Prior experience working with a Real Estate company is essential.
• Demonstrated experience in leading recruitment teams and managing high-volume hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
