MNC Hiring | Talent Acquisition Hardware Recruiting (VLSI)

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Researcher (ART) to support hiring for the VLSI / Hardware domain.

Location: Bangalore, India

Key Responsibilities

Conduct in-depth talent research to identify candidates for hardware/VLSI roles

Source candidates via LinkedIn, ATS, job portals, social platforms, and professional networks

Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs

Review and disposition global inbound applications and employee referrals

Track applications across geographies and maintain accurate records in ATS

Support ad-hoc hiring requests by sourcing and engaging top talent

Monitor interview pipelines and candidate diversity ratios

Provide insights to improve talent acquisition processes

Participate in stakeholder meetings, hiring debriefs, and recruitment cadences

Prepare regular reports and updates using Excel and PowerPoint

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, HR, Psychology, Humanities, or related field

5+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition

Minimum 3 years of recent sourcing/resume screening experience in the VLSI industry

Strong stakeholder communication and talent advisory skills

Preferred Qualifications

Proven experience sourcing through ATS, LinkedIn, job portals, and unconventional channels

Experience participating in diversity initiatives, hiring events, and talent strategy discussions

Ability to represent Qualcomms employer brand in the market

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint
