Job Summary:


We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive (IT Recruiter) to support our growing recruitment needs. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in IT hiring, strong communication skills, and the ability to manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle.


Key Responsibilities:


Handle end-to-end IT recruitment for various technical positions

Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews

Coordinate with hiring managers to understand role requirements

Schedule and follow up on technical and client interviews

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases

Manage offer rollout, negotiations, and joining follow-ups

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process


Required Skills & Competencies:


Hands-on experience in IT recruitment

Good understanding of IT technologies and roles

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Proficient in using job portals and LinkedIn sourcing

Good organizational and follow-up skills


Qualifications:

Masters degree in HR, Management, or a related field

12 years of experience as an IT Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive
