Position Overview:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive with strong C2H hiring experience to handle end-to-end IT recruitment. The ideal candidate should be proactive, communicative, and comfortable working in a fast-paced hiring environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for C2H IT roles only

Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle (JD understanding to offer closure)

Coordinate interviews with clients and candidates

Build and maintain a strong C2H talent pipeline

Work extensively on job portals like Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

13 years of experience in IT Recruitment (C2H mandatory)

Strong understanding of C2H hiring models

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Experience using job portals and sourcing tools

Ability to work in a target-driven environment

Bachelors degree in HR, Business, or related field
