Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Bangalore Urban. The role involves end-to-end management of recruitment cycles, developing and maintaining employer branding initiatives, and ensuring seamless candidate experiences during the hiring process. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for sourcing, interviewing, and identifying top talent to meet the company's staffing requirements while providing strategic input for recruitment strategies.

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring processes
• Experience in Interviewing candidates and applying effective recruitment strategies
• Proficiency in Recruiting and Employer Branding techniques
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and understand workforce needs
• Prior experience in real estate recruitment is preferred but not mandatory
